I love cheese and I generally feel bad for people who are lactose intolerant because they can only eat vegan cheese and can’t drink milk or eat ice cream that’s why I really appreciate that I’m not lactose intolerant.FUN FACT The most popular cheese recipe in the United States is macaroni and cheese. Isn’t that just hilarious. My favourite cheese is swiss cheese though I do like cheddar swiss cheese doesn’t have such a strong flavour.FUN FACT. A giant wheel of Cheddar cheese was given to Queen Victoria for a wedding gift. The day I fell in love with swiss cheese was when I went to a deli that was brand new so we went there for lunch and ate the amazing cheese toastie with cheddar and the amazing swiss cheese. It was a whole new taste sensation in my mouth,it was heaven.FUN  FACT. There are around 2,000 varieties of cheese. Wow, that is a lot of cheese. My least favourite cheese is blue cheese. It almost tastes as bad as it smells but who knows maybe one day I’ll like it.
