Hello mister tom book review
This is a fiction book about a boy whose life gets flipped upside down. The main character in the book is called Willie. Willie is short for William. Willie is a scrawny kid who is very shy and afraid because his mother thinks he is the most naughty, misbehaved child. Luckily Willie finds a new lovely life with Tom. This story is how William’s life became something he would only have dreamed of. Personally it wasn’t my favourite, since it is quite a sad book and it didn’t really keep my attention. Despite the action I would have liked I did feel sorry and angry for the kid. Sometimes I wish I was there to stand up for him. My favourite bit was when Willie finally learned all how to draw really well. The author of this book is Michelle Magorian. My overall rating for this book would be 2 stars,I didn’t really enjoy it but there were some interesting bits.
