Margate Art Gallery

My dad gave me and my brother a test to do when we went to the Margate Art Gallery. Basically we had to take 5 pictures of something, look at a list, then see what picture matches with one of the 50 captions. Here are mine.

An artwork with all 3 prime colours. I chose this one because it looks like a drawing an average artist could do but also it’s very imaginative with its use of colours.

One that reminded me of the sea. I chose this one because it has sand and shells and basically everything an ocean scape could need and its a nice and calm environment.

Something hanging from the ceiling. This was an interesting one because at an art gallery you won’t expect much to be hanging from the ceiling but I did end up finding something. I wasn’t very interested in this one to be completely honest.

A picture of someone thinking deeply about art. Now this one was weird because I didn’t know the person but I would say that she was admiring this art deeply so… it counts. It was a truly beautiful artwork as well so that was a plus.

Finally, something that brings satisfaction. I chose this one because it has such minor detail and I personally think burnt honeycomb is super cool.

I’m sorry this wasn’t the most exciting blog in the world but it was part of my schoolwork. Thank you for reading and my next blog is around the corner. Bye!
