Jebron didn’t know what to do. Give up his biggest ongoing dream for his mum, or carry on the mystical journey of becoming the world’s best NBA star. He thought that this was the biggest decision he could ever make! His mum might let him keep the leftover money and he could possibly be rich! But he wanted to be known around the world because of his basketball skills. Also, he undeniably DESPISED football and swore an oath he never would play it. He had no choice; he did eeny meeny miny mo… and he landed on football.
He was crushed, but knew that it would all pay up on day. He went to bed with a weird feeling in his stomach, one he had never felt before. It wasn’t a pain, it was like a tornado of emotions, sadness with depression along with joy and excitement. He was sad that he had to break his oath, depressed that he wouldn’t fulfil his dream, joyous that he could do something for his mum and excited that he could try something he hasn’t dared to try before. Also quite nervous, finding a good team to play on isn’t easy! And the reason he swore an oath that he would never play football in his lifetime is because he felt; with basketball, if you miss a shot, it’s annoying but the game continues, but with football; if you miss a shot, you’re forever hated.
He… was scared! He admitted it so hard that his veins could physically explode! He put his form in, he found out that he was pretty decent at football, but then he saw some of the world’s best players were on his team: Diego Maradona, Lionell Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lev Yashin, Marco van Basten, Michael Platini and others! And one person who he did NOT expect… AT ALL was I-Show-Speed! A famous youtube streamer was on his team, “That’s kinda weird.” He thought to himself and carried on scrolling through the teammate list. When he saw that Lionell Messi, the man who currently holds the crown for the football GOD, he fainted. Outright straight on the floor, fainted.
He knew his team would win but the only downside of having all of these amazing famous football players, with regards to each and everyone’s performance, if your team wins, they don’t split it equally between everyone, it matters on how many goals each player scored, how many tackles they successfully achieved and how long they had the ball. So if he watched from the sideline and let his team do all the work, he wouldn’t earn anything. So he would have to train.
