This is the hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. It is a stupid and hilarious book that my dad has introduced to me and I love it just as much as him. It is so amusing ,and I love the creativity they’ve put into it ,with all the cool gadgets and weird aliens. My favourite character in this book is Arthur because he is so clueless about what is happening but seems to be involved in basically everything. I listened to this book as an audio-book and I would like to read the other ones but not as audio-books to see how different it is compared to the audio-book.
My dad was really excited that we wanted to read this book because it is one of his favourite and I’m pretty sure he’s read the entire series. In the book there’s a small yellow fish called the babelfish. This is one of the craziest things in this book because when you put it in your ear it translates any language into yours and there is actually a language translating website called Babelfish.com .I’ve actually checked out the website for myself and it’s pretty good.
I will definitely recommend this to anyone who likes human good humour and silly things and aliens.
It’s a five star book and I love each characters stupid humour . I hope I get around to reading the other four books
